Fees
I will require a retainer deposited in advance, decided on a case-by-case basis.
If a date is reserved, the mediation/hearing is expected to begin on time.
Fees are as follows (effective 5-1-24):
$575 per hour (4 hour session minimum)
No charge for time spent on initial scheduling.
No charge for file setup.
No administrative fees.
Preparation time at normal hourly rate
Retainer at $5000 per day
A cancellation within thirty calendar days of a scheduled session is subject to a $1000 fee for each day reserved.
