WHAT I WON'T DO AS MEDIATOR

I won't guarantee a satisfactory result in advance (though the odds are overwhelmingly in favor of that).

I won't say anything to the other side that you haven't agreed to disclose.

I won’t express personal or legal opinions unless asked to do so.

I won’t ever represent you as your attorney.

I won’t bill you for administrative fees.

I won't bill you for travel time, if we meet at your attorney's office.

I won’t prepare any documents on Court Forms.

I won't file any papers with the court--I can refer you to the Self-Help Center, a document preparation person, a paralegal or an attorney for that.
